Griliato S system

Technical description of the classic suspended ceiling GRILIATO:

• 1 — supporting U-profile (longitudinal) with parameters: 2400, 1800, 1200 mm
• 2 – supporting U-profile (transverse) with parameters: 1200, 600 mm
• 3 – upper U-profile with parameters: 600 mm
• 4 – lower U-profile with parameters: 600 mm
• 5 – suspension
• 6 – “splice”-connector
• 7 – wall-mounted L-profile

Detailed chain of actions Griliato installation of the S system:

• First, a supporting frame is installed, which consists of transverse and longitudinal guides. Length – 2400, 1200, 600 mm.
• The supporting profile (longitudinal) is connected to the transverse profile and fixed to the ceiling, keeping a distance every meter.
• The front part of both profiles is secured with a splice.
• The transverse profile (1200 mm) is fixed with the supporting U-profile (600 mm)
• In the middle of the length of the profile (2), connect the transverse profile (600 mm)
• The result is a square-shaped grate, in which the assembled cassettes (600 by 600) from the lower and upper U-profiles have already been installed.

The technical characteristics of the AMTT T24 / T15 system are divided into:

• Mount a wall L-profile along the entire perimeter of the room and fix it, taking into account a step of 600 mm and no more
• The main guide (3600 mm) is fixed by means of special hangers to the ceiling in parallel, taking into account the distance of 1200 mm. Using the end lock, we fix the main guides.
• transverse guides (1200 mm) are installed between the main guides using the same end locks and form cells 1200 x 600 mm.
• transverse guides (600 mm) are installed between the guides 1200 mm end locks, forming cells 600 by 600 mm.
